Such a shame that he spends so much time on house/trance music now. Now DJ Skribbles, there's a guy that can juggle on beat. I've never heard that fool blend anything and when he juggles, it's just way off beat. I mean I'm not turntablist myself, but at least I can mix. Has anyone ever listened to him on his mix shows? His juggling skills are booty! I can't believe he's a famous DJ with turntable skills that are that poor. It's a shame that these "famous" DJ's are the ones that aren't technically sound like Funkmaster Flex. Unless you're a famous DJ with a great reputation, it's really difficult to get people to dance to new music if it hasn't been played on MTV. Then all of the east coast DJ's were playing that song. Nobody would really dance to it.until six months later when Snoop finally made a video for it and played it on MTV. The song was ill so I started playing it on the east coast.
It wasn't being played on MTV but was getting airplay on the radio stations in the Bay Area. Same thing happened with me when I first started playing Snoop's "Beautiful." I heard it in California while back home on vacation.
